Same day as the ceremony at 乬CHARMANT SCENA Tokyo乭 丂* Those
who win the Governor's Award, Encouragement Award for Newcomers, or Excellent
Work in the Open Call section, or win two Honorable 丂Mentions, will be promoted
to Associate Membership. Associate members will be promoted to membership when
they reach the five points required 丂for the award. The number of
points earned by winning an award in the Associate Member category is as
follows.丂 The Governor of
Tokyo Award, the Governor of Hyogo Prefecture Award, the Chairman of
the Tokyo Metropolitan Assembly Award (4 points) Federation Prize (3), Advisor Prize (2),
Special Mention (2), Semi-Special Mention (1)
