Purpose: In the world of the arts, where the division of labor and specialization is becoming more and more common, we aim to create new fields of creative art for a new era through human artistic exchange among calligraphers, painters, and cultural figures.

丂Eligibility: 18 years of age or older

丂Details of Exhibits: Unpublished two-dimensional art based on the creativity of sumi-ink drawings and letters -丂丂calligraphy, paintings, seal engravings, carvings, etc.

丂Deadline for entries: Friday, October 20, 2025

丂Entry Fee:  仠Associate Members, Members, and Officers

丂丂 15,000 yen (including consumption tax and 4,000 yen for a book of works publication fee)

丂丂丂丂 仠Publicly solicited entries   11,000 yen

      (consumption tax included, up to two works may be entered in the publicly solicited section)

*Publicly solicited prize-winners will be charged an additional 4,000 yen for publication in a book of their works. But they are only who wish to do so. (The cost of publication includes the cost of a book of works.)

*Please bring or remit the amount by the time the work is delivered to the office. For remittances by postal transfer, registered mail, etc., the remitter's receipt will be accepted in lieu of a receipt.

丂Carry In: (Form of work) Mail or bring the unmounted work to the office (folded paper can be mailed).

Non-judging members may submit scrolls and folded books. (Folded paper is acceptable.)

丂Carry Out: The organizer will be responsible for returning the exhibited works to the exhibition hall.

丂The dimensions of the body of the work: The dimensions of the paper - must be within 178cm x 87cm

                      丂(free length and width).   Vertical length only: 238cm x 56cm or less. Refer to the entry form.

丂Exhibition: Tokyo Exhibition: All Members and Officers' Works / All Honorable Mention Awarded Works                   

 丂Framing: All exhibited works will be framed by a designated framer for a lump-sum rental.

 Please pay the rental frame fee separately from the exhibition fee to the frame store.

 

 丂Other: Awards Ceremony: Friday, January 26, 2026 at the auditorium of the National Art Center, Tokyo

Celebration Party: Same day as the ceremony at 乬CHARMANT SCENA Tokyo乭

丂* Those who win the Governor's Award, Encouragement Award for Newcomers, or Excellent Work in the Open Call section, or win two Honorable 丂Mentions, will be promoted to Associate Membership. Associate members will be promoted to membership when they reach the five points required 丂for the award.

The number of points earned by winning an award in the Associate Member category is as follows.

The Governor of Tokyo Award, the Governor of Hyogo  Prefecture Award, the Chairman of the Tokyo Metropolitan Assembly Award (4 points)

Federation Prize (3), Advisor Prize (2), Special Mention (2), Semi-Special Mention (1)
